Private yacht owners whose yachts are over 40 meters long
Key executives in the yachting industry, including:

- Major shareholders of yacht-building enterprises.
- Central yacht agents.
- Yacht service providers.
- Yacht insurance providers.
Family members of the proposed nominees are also covered under this program

Yas Marina operated by Yas Asset Management, subsidiary of Miral and Abu Dhabi Investment Office (ADIO) will be the nomination authority for this program
